I have a large multi language project.

I need to compile and extract 3D modelling assets from Blender source files and OpenGL vector and fragment shaders.

I need to compile a large amount of C source files.

I need to compile a small amount of nescc source files (I’m probably going to move away from nescc which is an obscure C variant that allows for better asynchronous programming.)

I need to compile a large amount of Ada programming language files.

I need to portably build for Windows and Linux.

I need to set a large number of compiler and linker hardening flags.

I need to set a large number of compiler and linker debugging flags.

I need to set a small number of compiler and linker optimization flags.

What build system should I use?
